As an example, we received Elie Beauvilain (“Mr William’s Rose” from WA), Dijon Tea 1887, from Sue Zwar four or five years ago. It was completely out of hand so we gave it a huge cut-back in late June. It loved the attention and produced a huge display of flowers with an enormous growth spurt. If you ever need to cover that unsightly shed this is the rose for the job.
