Origin:

Discovered by C. D. Duprat (France, circa 1887).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1904 as 'Coquette Bordelaise'.

Class:

Hybrid Perpetual.

Bloom:

Carmine-pink, white stripes. Bright pink with wide central stripes. Moderate fragrance. Very large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
