Palace Rose garden, RBGSyd. Taken Mid summer (30/12/23). This was quite late in the day, but I’ve visited this bed of it earlier and it has a lovely strong fruity rose fragrance, a bit damask like. Much nicer shrub habit than some of the floribundas around.

Rose photo courtesy of okdbSame as last photo uploaded. This rose was badly chewed by possums in its first summer; a wire mesh cage saved it (and many others) but has left it a little ungainly in habit.
