Introduced in United Kingdom by Wheatcroft Brothers Ltd. in 1950 as 'Minerve'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1951 as 'Minerve'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lemon-yellow, geranium-red shading, carmine-red veining.  Strong fragrance.  36 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Large, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, well-branched.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
