'POUlymp' rose Description

Class:
Mini-Flora, Miniature. (Series: Palace ® Collection)
Bloom:
Copper, golden-yellow shading. Mild, spice fragrance. 25 to 30 petals. Average diameter 2.5". Medium, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Long, pointed buds.
Habit:
Glossy foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 9.5" to 10" (25cm). Width: 10" to 11" (25 to 30cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The present invention constitutes a new and distinct variety of Floribunda rose plant which originated from a controlled crossing between an unnamed seedling and an unnamed seedling....`POULymp` was selected by the inventors as a single plant from the progeny of the hybridization in Fredensborg, Denmark, in the spring of 1996.
