New Roses, 1924. Ceres (HT) (Jan Spek) . Flower deep orange, salmon in centre, opening well in all weathers, carried on long stiff stem. Growth very strong; continuous flowering. ‘Sunburst’ x ‘Madame Edmond Rostand’. Awarded Gold Medal.
Mildews. Colour very rich but fades. Must not be confused with Pemberton’s climbing variety of the same name.
