Bud medium size, ovoid; flower medium size, semi-double, full, open, very lasting, cherry-red, borne in cluster on long, strong stem. Foliage abundant, small, leathery, glossy, rich green, disease-resistant. Few thorns. Growth vigorous, dwarf; blooms profusely and continuously all season. very hardy. Award of Merit, R.H.S.

Polyanthas are, perhaps the most truly everblooming of all Roses, being scarcely ever out of flower during the whole growing season... They are especially valuable for massing, edging, and to some extent for mingling with other flowers.
Glory of Hurst. (E. Hicks, 1921.) Small, bright cherry-red, semi-double flowers, borne in large, compact clusters. Plant is vigorously dwarf, with glossy, healthy foliage; blooms freely and continuously; very hardy.
A descendant of Orleans and Jessie, which insures its merit. Of the Orleans type. $1 each.
