It was named for a charming and prominent rosarian from Northern Ireland...

Pat and Colin Dickson also granted three Trial Ground Certificates in what was for them one of their less successful years. Nevertheless I liked in particular DICreason a stunning mass of red and silver blooms on a spreading shrub which, although the Autumn hips were attractive, would have achieved more in my opinion if dead heading had been carried out.
