‘Canary’/TANcary = Hybride de Thé… bouton conique orangé… grande fleur jaune soufre, bien double, mais à mesure que s’éploie sa corolle du rouge orangé vient s’y glisser sur le pourtour, plus marqué au plein épanouissement… Délicatement parfumée… bon rosier de jardin, sain et vigoureux, de hauteur moyenne, au feuillage coriace vert olive, teinté de rouge au printemps. Tantau, Allemagne, 1976.

Canary (Tantau) HT. Yellow, with the edge of the petals flushed pink. Double and lightly fragrant. At times the flush of pink makes the bloom very beautiful, and there are 30-35 petals. There is a tendency for the plant to throw quite a few multiple heads.
