Introduced in United States by Hoopes Bros. & Thomas Co. in 1917 as 'Purity'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Cl., Hybrid Wichurana, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
White.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in large clusters, open bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:
Climbing.  

Height: up to 12' (up to 365cm).  Width: up to 8' (up to 245cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.  Prune after flowering is finished.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
