I got this rose in 2017 from Hortico. So far it has never been "pink." It's red with a whitish reverse. My photos are of the HT not the mini. The bloom form is different from that of the mini. I think the description and the official color class is just wrong. That has happened with other roses too.
If you look at the references, it is mentioned that it is red, not pink in some of them. Maybe it's a climate or location thing?
The web page does show a picture of this rose that is red/white. But most are deep pink and white. Climate and soil are likely to alter the color.

Gardeners' Chronicle, Horticultural Trade Journal p. 255 (1965) Then there are two from Reimer Kordes — 'Liberty Bell', pink and silvery cream, and 'Vienna Charm', a colour between copper and gold. Both seem destined to be residents of this garden for a long time — the first because the flowers are so large without ever being gross; the second for the elegance of the long blooms; and both for their fine foliage.
