I'm just going through the Thomas for Roses catalogue, and they claim to have this rose. It's listed as a polyantha, on page 42.

The description says "Red Riding Hood – (p) – clusters of small red flowers, bushy upright growth."

When I added (most of) Thomas for Roses' catalogue to hmf, I took it as being the Poulsen 1912 rose by the same name. You could check with Glenyse which one it is - I can't recall whether I did.

Ok, I'll ask.

However the HMF description for the Poulsen rose says "Large, semi-double" and T4R say "small red flowers". The references for the Poulsen rose say it is no longer in commerce, and hasn't been for decades.

I would say it is probably the Kordes 2002 'Red Riding Hood' KORcasima, but it certainly needs checking with Thomas For Roses.

It doesn't fit the description of the Kordes rose either; and the Robinson one is listed on hmf only by a Canadian nursery.
