Everblooming Roses
The so-called Everblooming Roses include the Hybrid Tea and Pernetiana groups. They do not bloom all the time, but if kept healthy and growing steadily, one crop of flowers succeeds another at brief intervals.
Crimson Queen. Hybrid Tea. (A. Montgomery. Jr., 1912.) Slender, delicately pointed buds, opening to well-shaped blooms of rich crimson which show center when fully open, very fragrant, and freely produced on upright, vigorous canes with good foliage.
A florists’ Rose of the General MacArthur type which has found a place in the garden. Color blues outdoors, but holds better when cut as a bud, making quite a satisfactory flower for indoor decoration.

Novelties of 1921
Crimson Queen (HT.) (Montgomery) Rich, bright, velvety crimson, large, semi-double flower of perfect shape. A strong grower with splendid foliage. Lacks petals, and blues badly here.
