'Coquette des Alpes' rose Description

White, near white or white blend Noisette. Registration name: Coquette des Alpes
Class:
Bourbon, Hybrid Bourbon, Hybrid Noisette, Noisette.
Bloom:
White, carmine-pink center. Moderate fragrance. Medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.
Height: up to 7' (up to 215cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.

Notes:
In September 1998, the Montreal Botanical Garden (Le Jardin Botanique de Montreal) carried out a survey of its roses' resistance to black spot, powdery mildew and rust. This is one of the outstanding varieties which showed a 0% to 5% infection rate. The data was taken on well-established roses.
