The single photo listed here is, in my experience, a perfect representation of this rose. The blooms are orange-red on top, the reverses have a brick-red or possibly purplish tone to them....the early bloom has lovely form and in the 70's this was charted as a top exhibition GR. Fun thing is, once past the 1/2 open state, the blooms morph totally, the petals reflex and take on an almost star-shape.....this one never seems to have been terribly popular, I am guessing because GR seemed to be a "curse" classification when it was released and the orange-red market suffered a glut of varieties around that time as well. My plant gives more single stem blooms than clusters.....
