    I am having problems with Charles being very slow to rebloom, despite Red 'n Fragrant right next to him & the other unknown red HT's being very happy with water, spraying, fertiliser & mulch. There are no obvious issues, just general unhappiness & stinginess after his first flush. Should I play Musical Plants & move him?
