Where can I buy a Crystal (Cristel) Palace Rose bush from in the UK? I need one for a fantastic teacher who is retiring at the end of July.

present invention relates to a new and distinct variety of rose plant of the floribunda class which was originated by out crossing the variety MACrexy, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 6713, with an unnamed seedling.
