Bred by Chen Dezhong (China, before 1994).
Introduced in China by Dr. Cheng Fangyun in 1994 as 'Hui Die 灰蝶'.
Class:
Hybrid rockii.  
Bloom:
Lilac-pink or mauve, purple flares, lighter edges.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 6.5".  Large, single to semi-double, lotus bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:
Upright.  15 leaflets.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).
