Pale pink buds, opening to regularly formed white flowers of silky texture with a tuft of yellow stamens in the center; no appreciable fragrance. Tall; profuse in bloom; strong stems. Good foliage. Blooms in clusters and its stiff stems give it some value for decorative use in the garden. "Too tall and straggling for an ideal garden single."—Saunders.
