Recently I received a bouqet of a dozen roses purchased from a florist. The color is like none other I've ever seen. It is white, liberally and irregularly streaked and splotched with red down the length of the petals, and resembles nothing so much as a "parrot tulip." The blooms are of medium size and tea-rose shape, with very little or no fragrance. Can anyone identify this, please?
