This summer I did buy a delicious rose, named fallstaff. All the flowers have a missing piece, don't know how to explain, they never bloom fully, they miss a quarterpiece. I do believe this is a breeding failure, as it continious this second blloming and I cannot discover any bug or so making this similar thing all the time. Will this last?
I could send pictures if this question is not clear.
Thanks in advcance for your interest!

I had a similar experiene with 'William Shakespeare' by the same breeder. The blooms were repeatedly misformed. The plant might grow out of this as it gets older, but it might as well not. I would give it another year.

Did your plant grow out of it or was it also recently and don't you know yet?

It still does it. I will see how it does next year, then decide.
