I found this rose in Flanders. The identification apps told me this was a Rosa multiflora. However, the photos of Rosa multiflora look different. I think it looks similar to Rosa platyphylla - but that one has pink color.
Any idea which rose this could be? Thank you.

The rose in the photo is not a species rose like R. multiflora, but a hybrid. It is not clear from your photos if it is a hybrid of R. multiflora or another species rose.

Does the rose climb? Does it repeat-flower?
It might be worth looking at Felicite-Perpetue.
