Bred by Dr. Keith W. Zary (United States, 1998).
Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. (post 1970) in 2008 as 'Enchanted Evening'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Lavender, silver(y) reverse.  Strong, citrus fragrance.  20 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in large clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, compact, rounded, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
