This cultivar is listed as triploid in the paper 'Pollen diameter and guard cell length as predictors of ploidy in diverse rose cultivars, species, and breeding lines'
In the RHS listings 'Starry Night' is 'Orawichkay' and 'Anita Pereire' is 'Orawidu'. There are sites which state they are synonymous, but others who keep them separate. A rose cannot (should not) be called both Orawichkay and Orawidu. Oradiwu, on the other hand, seems to point to a parentage Di(ckson) and w(ich)u(rana), like 'Starry Night'. Assuming Orard did not cheat and recycle an existing rose for whatever reason (e.g. to receive a US Patent 6 years after first introduction??), these two roses could also be siblings.
