Where can I find this rose for mail- or phone-order?

I bought this hybrid rugosa rose, along with Wildberry Breeze, at Lowe's of all places. It was beautiful and smelled amazing. Sadly, I lost that home and the roses along with it.

Does anyone know of a reputable nursery that sells this rose via mail- or phone-order? The nurseries listed here under Buy From are either retail only, or landscaping companies, or wholesale only -- NOT mail- or phone-order!

Update: Wild Spice is keeping to a nice rounded shrubby 3X4 without pruning. Dead-heading seems to speed up repeat bloom. The foliage is a vibrant light green and Wild Spice is blooming very well despite mid-day shade. Wonderfully fragrant. So far I've not seen much of the typical rugosa fall foliage color but other than that this little rugosa hybrid is about perfect!

It's early in the first season and I am already impressed with this rose! The blooms are very beautiful, so fragrant, and they just keep coming. Wild Spice seems to have the typical rugosa shrubby habit. Now, we'll see just how big it gets! Am hoping this is a more manageable size than the species but I'm giving it a big space in the garden just in case...

I'm guessing this is actually Pierette x Pierette.
