Sept 9, 2024 in San Diego, California. We have had a week of very high heat and humidity. 108 in the shade yesterday. Most roses here fried. Am posting this group to show the ones that seemed to enjoy the hot weather.

Photo taken in April, 2015, in Dana Point, CA (zone 10B). Grown as a tree rose on Pink Clouds rootstock. Truly outstanding cluster blooming shrub rose which should be reclassified as a floribunda.

Photo taken on 12-30-2023 in Dana Point, CA (Zone 10B). This rose tolerates wet weather better than any other rose in our garden. In our coastal clime PF does not stop blooming.

Photo taken in Dana Point, CA (zone 10B) on 12-15-2022. In coastal Southern California many roses continue to bloom through the Winter months albeit at a lower pace. Not so with this rose as it continues to grow vigorously and bloom abundantly. This spray was photographed about a week following a major rain event.
