My memory of that time is nagging me that this was a miniature. I want to say by Saville, but I am not crystal clear on this. The 90s was littered with so many miniatures that I couldn't keep track.

I am sure you are right Michael. There are no references for this hybrid tea or any indication where it came from. I will merge the hybrid tea with American Rose Centennial ™ (miniature, Saville 1991.

Ortho's All About Roses, pg. 68 (1999) says, "(1991), Beautifully formed blossoms,one to a stem or in small clusters. Vigorous, compact bush. Dark green foliage. 20 - 30 petals. Zones 5 - 10. RIR=6.3
