    AMAZING place, one of my favorite gardens to visit. Perennials are integrated well with the roses and the curved brick paths are well-designed. A mini-Mottisfont Abbey!

    Tried to visit this garden based on the map on 7-5-13. Could not find it or it no longer exists. There is a new building in its location according to the map.
