I have had this rose twice. She is a real beauty. However, I have never had it bloom more than once in the season, in either zone 6 or zone 7. Has anyone had better luck? If so, let me in on the secret of repeat bloom.

Thanks!

Eden isn't very generous with it's flowers. It blooms once and then has a few scattered flowers afterwards. It does take time to build up and until it does it won't bloom well. This is a rose that responds well to being generous with the fertilizer so I would give it a handful every month sprinkled all around the base.and make sure the fertilizer is really low in nitrogen. You could even use a tomato fertilizer as it is high in potassium the nutrienst that a rose needs to make flowers. Just follow the amount for a mature tomato bush. I would also put a 6 inch mulch all around the base as roses love cool roots and this will help it grow better.

I'm in Southern California so maybe that makes a difference, but I get lots of repeat bloom from my Eden climber. I almost lost it one year though, due to pruning it too hard when I moved house and took it with me. For two seasons after that, I didn't get any climbing canes, it acted like a small bush, and I did only get one bloom per season until the climbing canes finally came back. I think this rose does not like to be pruned very hard. I don't do much to it anymore (other than removing leaves, and cutting back the twiggy bits). It seems to like that treatment because now I get far more rebloom.
