What is the accepted "meaning" of a white rose. I would like to use it for remembrace of a loved one as one might use a white ribbon.

Red Roses: Love, Respect, Courage.
White Roses: Reverence, Purity, Innocence, Secrecy.
Red and White Roses: Unity.
Pink & Peach Roses: Gratitude, Appreciation, Admiration, Sympathy.
Yellow Roses: Joy, Gladness, Freedom, Friendship.
