thinking about putting a full row of princess charlene in the ground in my unheated greenhouse this spring. i am in a cold climate, upstate new york 6a, but the protected growing environment makes it more like 6b-7b. from what i can see, her nice range of colors would work for weddings but might also blend well with all purpose mixed bouquets. i'm definitely looking for a hybrid tea/ longer vase life as this will be for my small cut flower enterprise. do you think she will be floriferous in my climate? any tips on how to best avoid the "crisping" or browned edges i sometimes notice on her outer petals? Is that an effect of heat/ desiccation of the petals, or is it water damage, or the age of the bloom? Thank you for any thoughts. I am a new member, and a couple years deep into rose addiction. -Brian
