I grew Promise at 6,000 ft. It is very heat and cold tolerant. Because our climate is so dry, I had very little trouble with black spot. Loved the dinner plate size blooms. The color of foliage and bloom are spectacular. I would love to replace this rose, I was afraid to move a 25 year old plant.
