A few months ago I paid for premium membership but my account still states Basic Membership and I am unable to access Premium Member areas of the site.

This most always turns out to be an issue with having multiple member accounts. We will find the problem and make the necessary adjustments.

I'm frustrated. I upgraded to Premium Membership 12/8/2016. Still cannot access the Premium Membership features. How do I reach someone who can help fix this?

Click on "Site Features" in the left column, then on "Contact Us" and then click on the e-mail-address. Good luck! But maybe first try to sign out and then sign in again on Your own "My Account"-page.

I've completed my membership info. I have an ID number yet the web site keeps telling me I have to complete the membership form before I can use the wish list feature. I spoke with someone last weekend who is having the same problem. The Help buttons have been of no help. Is there an IT person lurking who can tell me how to work around this glitch
