Missing Japanese rose. Seiryu Bred by Junko Kawamoto (Japan,2013) Floribunda. Seiryu means a Limpid Stream in Japanese. The rose of the same name in English is listed in HMF. It is bred by Moriji Kobayashi (Japan, 2005). Its name (Seiryu) means Blue Dragon in Japanese.
