Beautiful, dew-kissed shot. Surprised there aren't more photos of this rose on HMF...and the ones that have been posted here are either overexposed and/or the color balance is off too much for me to enjoy the pic. You nailed it. Thanks for sharing!

She passed away last fall--as did much of my garden. I was away for 2 weeks last July, and the people taking care of my home and pets didn't realize there was an irrigation problem: "Umm, yeah--we noticed things were getting 'a little dry' " -- in 115 degrees :-( This crap almost always happens when I've taken a vacation. But I'm "rebuilding," with new enthusiasm and a clear vision of what I want to create in my smallish yardspaces. Scepter'd Isle cost me fifty bucks initially--big healthy girl in a 5 gal pot. I'll buy another eventually, when my vision's work is complete, and ready to accept new plants! :-) Raised beds is my eventual goal due to a ravaging and persistent crabgrass infestation in the soils of my area.
