What is the name of this gorgeous tree peony?

Its name is Lollipop =) but it's not a tree peony, it's a hybrid

A hybrid? So is that a type of herbaceous one then? I wonder if it's available here in the USA?

it's a hybrid both of herbaceous and tree peony, i suppose. You know, USA is too far from Russia, so i have no idea if it's available there. But I think you can find it 'cause Lollipop isn't a rarity or something. We have a family business selling roses, peonies and other plants, so we ordered it in Holland.
