Definitely not "Milestone"

Still blooming in partial shade, you can tell, it's reaching for the sun. This variety has wonderful flowers. Maybe you can get a support & train it upwards. Wrap the canes around and it will sprout from the buds, grow laterals & bloom a lot more.
