I live in the northern half of GA, but it still gets really hot and sometimes dry in the summer. My Oklahoma never has a lot of blooms, but they sure are fragrant! Of course I don't spray for bugs nor pamper as I could, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much. I do water at least once a week if we're allowed to.

I have had mine for several yrs. It does not bloom abundantly, nor does it have much if any fragrance-but the blooms are large, beautiful and a strong, rich pink.
