Isn't Fruhlingsschnee really short? You have it as 6'. I don't think that's right.

You might want to take a look at the REFERENCES on the rose page. Some of them indicate that the rose is at least six meters tall. Others say six feet. Another says 150 cm.

It could be that the rose is quite variable, or there are several roses in commerce using the same name.

This may be the other Intrigue (Warriner).

No, it is the Warriner Intrigue, I have the label. It's usually not this red but a deep purple color instead. This was the only bloom it gave me last year. I'm probably going to shovel prune it this spring.

That is, I meant it might be the 1978 Kordes rose by the same name.
