I have received a private message and have signed in. The notice says You can read them by clicking your member name to view your member page and then click the Private Msgs tab.". However there is no active link to my member name. Please tell me what to do, as I would like to read the private message.
Best wishes,
Merete Pedersen

You have posted from your member page "Soenderhousen". Is there no private messages tab at the top right?

Unfortunately no. With three browsers all the same result.
Top line says
Welcome: Soenderhousen Not You? My Account
Kind regards, Merete

That's what mine says also. Click on "My Account" and you should find all tabs.

I would like to have included in the Lineage 1st generation descendants, that the rose Crimson Velvet, 1960, bred by O. Soenderhousen decends from Cocorico x Hanne.

Thank you for the additional information. Is 'Folie d'Espagne' also in your garden?

Dear Mr/Mrs Jedmar
Thank you for your comment and interest in my grandfather's roses. Unfortunately Folie d'Espagne is not grown in my garden or in any garden I know of. I will try and ask the Rose Society in Denmark. If I find new information I will contact you.
Best wishes

The colour of Hanne is not orange red. Therefore I believe the picture does not show the Hanne rose.

I am willing to bet the film I used was Kodachrome, where the red looks more like orange. I agree with you. Also in bright sun the red with this film will look orange. I took the picture twenty years ago so I have no record of where I saw the rose.

Bill,

If you feel this photo is not representative of this rose should we delete it for you ? Thanks for taking the time to look into this.

Steve
