    Len, who was born in 1937, died on October 29th, 2021. He lived all his life in the West Midlands

    His obituary is in the Winter Edition of the Rose Times published by the UK Rose Society.

    The Kidderminster ‘Shuttle’ says:
    SCRIVENS Leonard William (Len) Passed away peacefully at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch on Saturday October 30th 2021 aged 84 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Anne and all his family and friends. A funeral service will take place at Wyre Forest Crematorium on Wednesday December 1st 2021 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, are for The Kingswood Trust c/o Edwin Harris & Sons Ltd, 1 Crane Street, Kidderminster

    Actually, re-reading that, it is a long time after for the funeral. Something is amiss.
