Comtesse de Castilleja is a Pernetiana from M. Chambard ('Mme. Edouard Herriot' x 'Juliet' unnamed seedling). The plant is vigorous, with strong, erect branches and dark green foliage insensible to mildew. The abundant flowers are cup-shaped, perfumed, and fully open; it has mixed tints of coral and aurora... It received the First Certificate of Merit [at Bagatelle 1927].
