Published in Pressburg in Austria-Hungary (today: Bratislava in Slovakia)). Sections 1-V were sold for 2 Gulden 50 Kreutzer. Publishing dates were as follows:
Section I (General description and culture of Roses) in 1836 (64 pages)
Section II (Everblooming Roses) in 1836 (90 pages)
Section III (Roses blooming 2 or 3 times per year and Hybrid Chinas) in 1837 (71 pages)
Section IV & V (Once-blooming Roses) in 1838 (151 pages)
An identical 2nd edition of Sections I-V was published 1845.
A Supplement was published as Section VI in 1846 (36 pages)
