Bartolomeo Embriaco died two years ago. Andrew Hornung, (author of the book Le rose italiane, Ed. Pendragon 2015) interviewed him and might have some information as both were introduced in 2013. In any case I asked the nursery ninosanremo hoping they know something.

It was translated into Italian so it shouldn't be difficult to make an English edition. Unfortunatly, the fact that it has many photos makes impossible to edit it in Kindle format which would make the english edition much easier to distribute worldwide.
