Mr. Delahanty died in 2013. His family may still have this rose - but in that rose's file, have you tried looking under BUY FROM? Heirloom Roses, Roses Unlimited and Hortico in Canada are shown there to be listing 'Souvenir d'Alphonse Lavalee' .
Roses Unlimited had none last year, none being propagated this year and probably none next year either. Heirloom got rid of it, and it appears Hortico does not have it, I will try calling tomorrow. A place in England has it, however I do not think I would be able to order from there.
How often does "Long Tall Sally" rebloom? Is it hardy in zone 5?

I cannot answer the question regarding the hardiness of LTS. I grow it in Zone 9 or 10 where we haven't had a frost since 1990. As for the bloom, it is near continuous from the first blooms in April until it is forcibly stopped in December to induce dormancy... I have to admit that this is one of my favorite roses, the near brown pink buds opening to a white blend in glorious clusters of single flowers. It resists our main diseases--powdery mildew and rust---and the foliage is clean. The growth pattern is upright--almost columnar. I hope it is hardy. JD
