Rose and peony (member) Garden

My garden has extremely sandy soil, mostly unamended. Am working to improve soil tilth with composted manure and mulch. Most of the garden receives plenty of sun. Climate is very humid, with long hot summers. Winters are chilly and wet.

'Mme. Isaac Pereire'--Shovel pruned, due to being a blackspot monster
Sunny Yellow Knock Outs--Shovel pruned, were in decline for unknown reason.
