This photo was originally posted as 'Mrs Cynthia Forde', the name it has at L'Haÿ, then got merge into 'Mrs. Forde'. The correct name is 'Miss Cynthia Forde' and the rose seems to be the same as the one in Sangerhausen (provenance?).

It looks rather like the historical photos of 'Miss Cynthia' to me.

You mean 'Miss Cynthia Forde', the Mrs in the name is an error of L'Haÿ.
