This photo is definitely Theresa Bugnet early summer. It was cool and the flowers took on a blueish tone. I have more pictures of the same bush with a totally different coloring and form.
If you look at the leaves, they are true to form for Theresa Bugnet leaves.

You are so right that roses have so many variations. Soil plays a big part, but so does the weather. I really hope that I get to see the blue tone to it again this year.
The flowers were not totally open yet on the photo. I'll have to do some checking to see if I took another one when they blew open.
