Julia Child. Planted in 2012, and she reached 6'x5' at her peak even with hard pruning. However, she didn't seem to be well in 2017. This past winter brought to her severe winter dieback. As a result, she was cut almost all the way down to ground level. Fortunately she made it back. Her stature is much smaller now, only about 3'x1.5'. But this harsh pruning in a way almost seems to have rejuvenated her. Her foliage seems much healthier and the flowers are as gorgeous as before. Taken on June 10, 2018.
