Is this rose striped/mottled? Or just this flower?

Hello, this rose is truly striped. Unfortunately, this flower is not very nice, the sun and the rain did not agree ...... my roses was new and lament the first year. So how roses look like you can see here http://ruze.wi.cz/cs/silesia.html. I believe that this year they will flourish mine rose better and I can give it to HMF prettier picture. Vera

We had two files" Silesia and Silezia. I've merged them and presumed 'Silesia' is the correct name.

How did synonym Silesia know. Because it is a rose breeder Czech Mr. Onderka, I'll ask on this thing our leading expert on roses RNDr Jiri Žlebčík. Also, I would like to know. This rose just got from Mr. Žlebčík of the gene pool research institute.
